Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Hyper account or any data connected to it at any time, whether you joined as a creator or a restaurant. One email is all it takes; there is no form to hunt for.

How to send a request

• •Email hello@thehyper.co with the subject line "Data deletion request".
• •Send it from the email address on your Hyper account if you can. If you can't, include that address in the message so we can verify it's you.
• •Include your Instagram or TikTok handle (creators) or your restaurant name (restaurants).
• •Tell us what you want deleted: your whole account, just the data from a connected platform like Instagram or TikTok, or something specific.

What happens next

• •We confirm we received your request, usually within one business day during the LA pilot.
• •We may reply once to verify the request really came from you before deleting anything.
• •We delete the data you asked about and confirm by email when it's done.
• •Some records are kept where the law requires it, like payment and tax history for completed payouts. We'll tell you exactly what's retained and why.
