How to reach us, when to expect a reply, and what to include.
The fastest way to reach us is hello@thehyper.co. We read every message and we reply within one business day during the LA pilot. Most product questions are answered in the Help Center; for restaurants, for restaurants; for creators, for creators.
What to include
- If you're a creator, include your Instagram or TikTok handle and the campaign or post you're asking about.
- If you're a restaurant, include your restaurant name, the brief or campaign in question, and a screenshot if anything looks off.
- If you're applying to join, include the LA neighborhood you create from or operate in.
Common requests
- Apply to join Hyper as a creator or a restaurant.
- Update a payout method or a billing detail.
- Request a data export or an account deletion.
- Anything that doesn't have a clear path in the dashboard.
