Sign-in, email preferences, and what data Hyper stores about you.
Signing in
Hyper uses passwordless sign-in. Tap the magic link we email you and you're in. If you don't see the email, check spam, then request a new link from the sign-in page.
Notifications
- Email is on by default for the things you can't miss: brief invitations, campaign updates, payout confirmations.
- You can switch any non-critical email off from your account settings.
- WhatsApp notifications are coming for creators; until then, the dashboard and email are the source of truth.
Privacy
- Hyper stores your handle, neighborhood, social links, and the engagement metrics on the posts you submit.
- We don't sell your data and we don't share it with third parties beyond Stripe (for payouts) and Instagram/TikTok (for engagement verification).
- Email hello@thehyper.co to request a data export or a deletion of your account.
