Account, notifications, and privacy
Sign-in, email preferences, and what data Hyper stores about you.
Signing in
Hyper uses passwordless sign-in. Tap the magic link we email you and you're in; creators with a connected Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube can also sign in with that account. If you don't see the email, check spam, then request a new link from the sign-in page.
Notifications
- Email is on by default for the things you can't miss: brief invitations, campaign updates, payout confirmations.
- You can switch any non-critical email off from your account settings.
- WhatsApp is live: connect it from Profile > Notifications with a one-time code. Hyper uses one channel at a time - switching to WhatsApp moves your updates there, switching back is one tap, and replying STOP always opts you out. See Hyper on WhatsApp.
Privacy
- Hyper stores your handle, neighborhood, social links, and the engagement metrics on the posts you submit.
- We don't sell your data and we don't share it with third parties beyond Stripe (for payouts), Instagram/TikTok/YouTube (for engagement verification), and Twilio (to deliver the WhatsApp and SMS messages you've opted into).
