What makes a great Hyper post
Real, specific, and made for the audience that actually walks in. The rules of thumb that work.
Hyper measures the impact of your post 24 hours after it goes live, not the production value. A post that looks rough but gets shared by people who actually live in the neighborhood will out-earn a polished one that doesn't move anyone. Aim for honest, specific, and yours. Once your post is live, see submitting your post for how to send the link back.
Rules of thumb
- Show the food and the room. Audiences want to picture themselves there.
- Say the name of the restaurant clearly. Tag it. Geo-tag the neighborhood.
- Lead with the most specific, surprising thing about the visit, not a generic intro.
- Post in your normal voice. The reason your audience trusts you is that you sound like yourself.
- Saves and shares matter most. Make it easy to send to a friend.
Things to avoid
- Posts that look like ads. They flatten your engagement and your earnings with it.
- Generic captions ("new spot, vibes are great"). Be specific about a dish, a moment, or a detail.
- Posting at low-traffic times. Aim for windows you'd post for yourself.
NoteIf a post can't be measured (private account, deleted post, blocked analytics), it can't be paid out. Keep the post public for at least 7 days after going live.
