Merchant billing update

Start with a card, not a $500 deposit

For a new campaign enrolled in this model, save a card and authorize ongoing off-session billing. There is no upfront $500 deposit or automatic $500 monthly minimum charge. Verified influence costs $50 per IU.

$100 charges as verified spend builds

We initiate a charge to your saved card whenever newly measured, verified spend across an enrolled campaign reaches another $100 (2 IU). Spend from all its collaborations combines toward that threshold: $60 from one collaboration plus $40 from another produces one $100 charge. Collection retries may take longer if payment cannot complete. This is pay-as-you-go billing, not a fixed subscription price.

Your goal is NOT a spending cap

The monthly campaign goal starts at $500 and cannot be set lower. It guides new creator allocations, not your final bill. You authorize payment for all verified spend on accepted collaborations, including amounts above your goal and amounts verified after you pause new allocations.

Smaller balances are collected too

A day-14 true-up is scheduled from 7 am Pacific before the creator payout run. Additional true-ups happen at the first and last creator day-30 checkpoints in a monthly cohort, and each collaboration's final balance is settled at its own final 30-day measurement. These charges can be below $100. Final remainders below $0.50 are waived. Creator payment timing remains day 14 and day 30; bank arrival is not guaranteed.

Creators are allocated gradually

After the required posts have fresh 48-hour results, we compare combined campaign spend with your monthly goal. Below 80%, another creator can be allocated automatically, subject to payment, funding and availability checks. At 80% or more, we ask for approval before adding another creator or batch. Increasing your goal can allow further allocations. Early results are not a guarantee of final spend.

Failed payments do not cancel what you owe

If a charge fails, you must update your card or complete bank verification and pay the outstanding amount. New allocations may pause. A failed restaurant charge does not automatically change the creator's earned amount or payment schedule.

Existing campaigns keep their agreements

This update applies to campaigns explicitly enrolled in the new model. Existing campaigns retain their current billing agreements, including any applicable minimums and limits. Signing this update does not migrate a campaign, charge your card, publish a campaign or allocate a creator. New campaign enrollment still requires its own explicit card authorization.
