Group Collab manual-settlement terms
Version group-manual-settlement-v1.
The restaurant authorizes $100 per recorded participant post, up to the event's agreed maximum. The authorization states the restaurant, location, dates, submission deadline, Hyper fee and invoice due period. The organizer separately confirms authority for the club and its payment recipient. These terms freeze after confirmation.
After the submission deadline, Hyper issues an invoice outside the automated event workflow for the recorded post count. Administrators record its reference, actual cleared restaurant payments and completed manual club payments. These records do not send an invoice, charge a card, move money, verify a bank receipt or change a restaurant's IU balance.
The agreed Hyper fee is retained and the remainder is payable only to the confirmed club recipient after the full restaurant invoice is paid and funds clear. Partial restaurant payments do not release club payment. No advance or promised payment date is offered while collection remains incomplete. No separate club Stripe setup is required for this manual arrangement.
Individual participants receive no cash through Hyper and disclose their complimentary food. Club-authored promotion must disclose its paid relationship. Personal-account posts are participant-attested, not API-verified. One original post per participant is recorded, subject to duplicate checks. Group posts are separate from IU campaigns.
Contact Hyper before making a club payment if there is a dispute, refund, payment reversal or recording error. Refunds and recovery are handled manually for this mode. Closing enrollment does not cancel already-recorded obligations. Sample events cannot create manual invoices or payments.
These separately accepted event terms supplement Hyper's Terms of Service. No automated billing or payout is enabled by accepting them or activating manual enrollment.
