Group Collab event authorization
Version group-event-authorization-v1.
Before enrollment opens, the restaurant agrees to $100 per recorded participant post and the event's maximum number of billable posts. Its authorization screen states the maximum total, Hyper fee, restaurant, dates and location. Those terms cannot be increased after authorization.
One original post per participant counts toward one event invoice after the submission window closes. Personal-account posts are participant-attested, not API-verified. The restaurant pays the invoice; Hyper does not automatically charge its saved card.
Hyper retains the agreed gross fee and pays the remainder only to the club after full payment clears. Individual runners receive no cash payment through Hyper and disclose their complimentary food. Club-authored promotion must disclose the club's paid relationship.
Payment problems, refunds and disputes place club payment on hold. A requested full refund after club payment requires recovery of that transfer first. Unpaid invoices never trigger a club advance. Contact Hyper to cancel an event or resolve an exception; closing enrollment does not erase already-recorded obligations.
Authorizing a draft while payment features are disabled does not open enrollment or initiate an invoice or payment.
